A compact DC motor provides excellent thermal characteristics; it stays cool and efficient even after prolonged, continuous operation.

Quiet and durable
The brushless, moulded motor is silent and vibration free; doors glide smoothly and noiselessly even at low speed and when press closing. The reduction gear is completely enclosed, and employs an all-gear system. These gears are moulded resin for quiet and durable-operation( noise level less than 60 phons) .

Independent circuit for " press-closing"
At the end of the closing stroke, the door is pressed firmly against the frame by an electric circuit; there is no gap when the door is closed.

Preassembled for easy mounting
The aluminum base is cut as specified, and all parts are mounted on the base at the factory. On site, simply mount the assembly and hang the door.

Automatic setting
After mounting, simply turn on the power. The built-in microprocessor compensates for the door weight and friction, and delivers the optimum force for efficient operation half open.No more brake or stop limit ( reed) switches to adjust!

Full/ half open
When the door operator is mounted on double sliding doors, the full/ half open selection functions are very useful.The full/ half open selector switch( standard for double sliding doors and optional for single sliding doors) allows you to set the door for " half-open" when the traffic is light, and for " full open" when it is heavy.This effectively cuts down on air conditioning expenses and conserves energy.

Alarm function
Door operation is maintained at optimum thanks to the automatic correction function of the microprocessor. But, if there are any external interruptions such as a locked door or something blocking the door, alarms are triggered-different alarms for different problems. The door resets itself when the cause of trouble is eliminated.

Emergency open
The moment a signal from an emergency sensor ( optional) reaches the door controller, it opens the door fully for emergency escape and at the same time triggers an alarm ( as long as 100V AC is supplied) .
Even if a power failure occurs, the door can be held open for an emergency by connecting a battery safe operation ( optional) to the door operator.

Safe operation
If the door encounters interference on the opening stroke, it stops at once and sounds an alarm. When it is blocked on the closing stroke, it re-opens and slowly starts to close again. If the door is blocked again, it stops, and sounds an alarm.

Torgue adjustment

Emergency stop
Pressing an emergency stop switch ( optional) stops the opening or closing door.

Optical safety system
A safety beam switch which operates as long as the door is open, can be used with this door operator.

Overload detection and automatic reset.
If the door stays overloaded for 15 seconds or longer, the power to the motor is shut off and an alarm sounds. Door operation automatically resumes after 15 seconds.
